im new and im sure this has been asked before but is there a DIY on installing the newer style LED tail lights? Also is the dealer the only place I could get them? Or is there an aftermarket brand thats looks exactly like them? Thanks

Im a newbie to, jux purchased my 06 IS two days ago, and would also like to know this. And also can someone post a pic of the ebay LED tail lights, think about purchasing it also.

Yep, I believe IS-F tails are plug 'n play.
They may be more pricey, but you pay for the quality.

I dont think those are the ones im talking about. Im interested in the 09/10 OEM LED style taillights. Where can you buy them besides the dealer? Has anyone tried to install them on the older models? Are they plug in play or do you need some kind of LED strip?

^ ISF tails are similar style to the 2006-2008 IS tails. Haven't change til now.
