seat belts locked how do I fix them?

seat belts locked how do I fix them?
So my car has three out of four seat belts locked....yes it was in an accident. how can I fix this?

Sounds like it's the seat belt tensioners. It's accident related, have the shop that fixed the car submit it to insurance as a supplemental claim.

I am thinking this car is a salvage and dont think insurance paid to rebuild it.
