It's the HKS Hi-Power exhaust. It has a low rumble most of the time (a.k.a. "drone") that some find annoying, but it doesn't bother me. It's probably one of the loudest 2IS axle-back exhausts.
Do a search for the Hi-Power on CL or on YouTube - I'm sure you'll find some sound clips.
