Storing the car for winter =(

I wouldn't start it up that often. And I would let it run longer than 5 minutes. You want the engine to warm up to operating temps. If possible, drive it around.

Or get a battery tender and let it sit for the whole winter. Change the oil before and fill up the gas tank.

If you are going to do the once a week start up thing, I would suggest you let her run until warmed up to dry out any moisture in the system.

Also, if possible move it a bit to prevent the tires from developing flat spots
