IS-F Rear bumper
Omfg ... I called the body shop to ask when to pick up, and they told me it'll take another 1 or 2 days. AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH They told me wednesday at the latest and now they're making me wait another 2 days ...
Some bodyshops really take the **** i got my bumper back from the bodyshop i gave it to because they are far too busy and havent even started. I need to find another good bodyshop that can paint my bumper.
From previous experience i think its always best to try and avoid giving work to bodyshops when they are extremely busy. I have given paint jobs to very good bodyshops in the past but because i was in a hurry and the bodyshops were extremely busy the quality of the job sucked. Paint started to peel off with pressure washing.
Oh well for now i am stuck with a unpainted bumper and this:

Need to find a good bodyshop now

got paint job booked into another bodyshop now. going to drop off the bumper to the bodyshop on saturday and collect it the following saturday. that gives them plenty of time to do it without rushing it
Picked up the car just now ... Sorry the pictures are so dark, it was hard without any external flashes or such at night. I'll take some more tomorrow
Anyway regarding the exhaust, it looks pretty horrid, you can even see the tabs where the IS-F tips are suppose to bolt onto. The body shop said they re-welded the exhaust to fit better but honestly, it looks like they moved it like 1cm so it looks like it'll still burn the bumper on long drives. I'm gonna take it to another welding shop to see if I can move it towards the center more, and with GFX tips so it'll fill out that gaping hold a bit better. Btw, does anyone know if theres some sort of tape or substance I can use to put below the exhaust outlet so the bumper doesn't burn? Possibly a high temp. tape or something? I really don't want it to start melting and throw hundreds of dollars down the drain.
