Default one month NO CAR WASH (pics)

this is how my OCD helps me keep my car looking fresh and clean all the time.

daily routine: clean the rims, clean the exhaust, dust the car, wipe a little bit if there's some bird *****, vacuum the mats... and dont let friends put fingerprints on the car.

Nice! Do you park your car in a garage or do you park outside?

What are you dusting your car with? What type of quick detail spray? What type of microfiber cloth?

I also have a black IS, and I sort of regret purchasing a black car.

I was using a California Car Duster and also Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detail with some regular microfiber cloths. I notice very faint swirls only seen in some angles of sunlight.

This has made me extremely paranoid, and now I only use quick detail on bird bombs or bug splats. I ONR the car every Saturday.

Hehehe that's like my routine too. Clean my rims (plus tire shine), then the exhaust, dust off, wash windows, clean inside, and use Meguiar's quick detailer on any crap that happened to stick to the exterior. I usually do a full wash with ONR or Meguiar's soap once a month.

Your car looks great!

Meguires quick wax works wonders ... soon as I stopped using that daily (I ran out ... need to go buy some) I noticed the dust return...

using quick detailer for now...

Very clean car. Love the gold rims.

Is the Lexus water in the back seat for drinking or for looks?

having a black car myself I know exactly what you go thru... I do the same. The ride is always clean I don't have to wash it for months on.... sometimes I wish I got white. Now I want to just paint it white and hopefully that may cure my OCD

im using the same duster too. but i dont use any quick detail spray. i know its hard to maintain a black car, but nothing shines like a clean black car.
