I am replacing my Bridgestone Potenza 225/40R18 front tires.

I keep getting different feedback and recommendations and would figured someone on here could help me out

Here is what I am looking for:
1. Good value (what should I be paying for 2 ?)
2. Long life
3. Live in Florida, so no need for any snow tires
4. More give on the tire, not looking for a real tight road grip feeling (bad roads where I live and I get a lot of pull right or left with my old tires)

I am going to get them at Discount Tire. Any idea on what I should be paying for a mount and balance?
