My audio went out one morning as i heard some deep but low thumping coming from the rear of my car. My bluetooth was out as well. After realizing i was 500 miles out of warranty, i began to panic. I thought about my nav hack, ipod install, and really began to panic.
Lexus ended up helping me out on the expenses and didnt mention the modifications after taking off the head unit. They did notice that one of my vent clips were broken but that was all.
Im just curious how many people have had this problem with this expensive ML amp. and how lexus handled it.

mine was replaced when had the problem of all audio going out and no buttons working.
