08 vs 09 OEM GFX Fitment ?

Looking to get the OEM GFX kit. I was just wondering if the 08 kit will fit on my 09. The dealers say the part number is for an 08 but im not sure what the differences are. Can anybody help me out?

08 and 09 and totally different because they re-designed the bumpers - so the 08 will not fit your 09

I've seen a 08 Tom's rear lip on a 09, and I've seen a 09 Tom's rear lip on a 08.

Can anybody explain this? does it really fit, or it's a custom job?
