LOL I knew what you meant, I mis-spoke as well. Sorry. What I meant to say was, if you were going to attempt to break the amber inside, you might as well get a second pair of tail lights in case something goes wrong and you accidently hit the "outer" lens of the tail light.

I have attempted to do such a thing on 97-01 Prelude tail lights. Didn't come out half bad. I still think the OP's best bet would be to get the IS-F tails and call it a day.

 

Thanks for all the feedback. Has anyone else bought the Led tail lights from ebay? They look nice just a little sceptical about it coming from some ransom person. I just gotta save up the money now
