Default red spots on my front end

my car is at 1400 miles right now.. it's parked under a parking garage at night and is rarely ever parked outside.. last week i noticed a couple of red dots on my hood but didn't think much of it.. today when i was washing the car i noticed a bunch of tiny red dots on the hood, fenders, and bumper. it seems to be ON the paint, not within it, as if spray paint was used near by. has anyone else seen something like this?

What color is your car? Try clay bar if you think its spray paint. It should do the job.

Clay Bar is the way to go. It will remove all kinds of contaminants including overspray and even paint transfer.
