this thread needs to be in the FAQ guide. I found out how to replace the battery myself but this would have been nice to see before I started ripping and tearing the key fob apart myself

 

The owner's manual has an index--there's no need to rip apart your remote via trial and error if you are unsure and you can't find the info on a Clublexus search.

 

How much are you guys finding the battery for? I went to one jewelry shop asking for a battery, guy said $15!?!?
What a stealry haha. Haven't had the warning come up yet, but I've noticed range has been reduced.

 

Online is the cheapest for a pack of like 5-6 that'll last you ages.

Over the weekend my car said "Low Key Battery". I have yet to find the key that is low since I was carrying all 3 keys during that time in my pocket. lol..

Probably time to pry open my wallet key and replace that battery.

 

No reason to pay more than $5 locally, that's regular price at Radio Shack.
