Default Window switches not working - Please Help!

Hello All,

So I spent the last week carbon fiber wrapping my wood trim - looks awesome and I'll be posting pictures soon - BUT upon reinstalling my door pieces, my window switches are no longer working. My driver side window works and the green light on the button for the driver side window lights up - the other three are off. Also, at times the light located on the window button of the other three windows blink.

At one point, I could open each window using the button located on the respective door. However, I could not open the rear windows or the front passenger window from the driver seat. Also, when I try to use the window opening feature from the key fob, only the front driver window and sun roof opens.

I've checked the connections with each switch, and everything is connected properly. Has anyone else encountered this after removing and reinstalling the window switches?

I did this once with my Acura RSX when installing Dynomat and lost window functionality but it mystery came back a week later.

Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance. I'll be posting my before and after pictures of the pieces of trim wrapping process soon to help out any of you who are on the fence about doing it. It's not bad at all.

simple fix.. all you gotta do is roll your window half way down then all the way up and hold it for a couple of seconds..

If you haven't already done so, check out the FAQ thread stickied at the top of the forum. It has many topics of interest, including one on resetting the windows after a power interruption.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures of your CF trim.
