Made the leap: Bought a 2006 IS 350
Just got back from buying a 2006 IS 350 (private party). Cost me $23,900 total. I was a little apprehensive about it being out of bumper to bumper warranty but we agreed to get it inspected by Lexus dealership before finalized and all service records were also detailed and done with Lexus of Portland. Apparently seller also got it tuned by lexus every 10,000 miles so showed me the seller cared about the car. Here are the specs:
2006 IS 350 (black)
53,000 miles
Luxury package
Tan Leather
Navigation
Mark Levinson Sound
Clear Bra on front
I literally can't find an option this car doesn't have. Pretty excited to actually make the leap after posting questions on this board for a while. So you guys think I got a good deal?
Edited the seller's pic out above. Better pictures to come!

Congrats on the car!
The only other options left I would imagine is: Park Assist, Radar Cruise Control, & Headlight Washers.
Doesn't the car still have the 6 yr 70k powertrain warranty?

Lexus Test Driver
Lookin nice! Good find there. What do you mean by "tuned by Lexus every 10k miles?" The IS doesn't require any tune ups until much later on. If you are referrering to servicing (oil changes), it's to be every 5k miles. I hope your seller knew what he/she was doing and followed the proper maintenance...
