In european IS there is only one bulb for front turn light (it is marked with "2" on the photo), on US versions there are two bulbs ("1"+"2" on the photo). Is it possible to modify european headlights to fit 2 bulbs?

yes no other way... because... there are tabs that you have to unscrew bolts from in ordeer to do it

 

I don't know how to modify the headlight itself to hold 2 bulbs. You'd have to also run another plug off the wiring harness. It wouldn't be terribly difficult.
