Oh man windshield wiper blades are a royal pain to change in general. Also, depending on the brand of windshield wiper you buy, they may use their own proprietary technology (so slightly different procedures). Basically, you'll awnt to pull the wiper blade up (so that they're facing up), then it's usually shoving a big blocky piece out of a u shaped hook. When that u shaped hook is bare, you can insert the new one.

Here is a quick helpful video I found.

It's pretty easy if you just examine the structure closely.

make the wipers go up like when u wash the car and windshield. the wiper blade u have there is like a small metal piece that sticks out. if u look closely it looks like it gets hooked on.
look at the one ur takin out. the piece that is attach to the arm u have to press something to make a metal piece pop up and then u unhook it. probably sounds confusin but thats what i did to replace mines.

What size (width) are the refills? The stupid computer at Advance Auto said the driver side was 7mm and the passenger 6mm. I was 99% sure they weren't different sizes, but I bought both anyways knowing I'd just return the ones I didn't use. Well guess what, neither size works. Both are too thin, so I guess 8mm might be the one?

It's very easy to replace the refill. The hardest part was taking out the arm, the rest is piece of cake.

Wow..my post from almost 4 years ago lives

What part do you want to replace? The rubber only...the refill? or the blade? (the rubber and metal frame). I am assuming not the arm..the part that connects the blade to the wiper motor mechanism.

See post 2 from Tammy...pretty much tells you how (look at the pdf too),

I'm replacing the rubber only. Yea, I already read the PDF from Tammy. I'm already stuck on the first step, "Remove the wiper from the arm." HOWW???
