What alternatives are there to remove rubbing? Trim, melt and mold inner fender?
You need smaller rubber...235/35 is fine for 19's but is too much tire for 20's, you need 235/30 (or 225/30) and also it's advised to modify or remove the fender tab. But just dropping down tire size from 35 to 30 should help reduce rubbing quite a bit (altho not entirely). GL and congrats on your new Vossens!

Really don't want to buy new front tires though. I heated/melted the front fenders some yesterday and got rid of most of the rubbing but I need to go back and do it again.
For those w/20's, who has lowering springs and are you rubbing still? The 4x4 look has me wanting to sell these immediately and I just got them.

Really recommend getting smaller tires. 225/30 front and 255/30 rears
Get some bc racing coilovers. I highly recommend coils. But if you want springs I was on h&r and they were nice too but eventually you'll want coils so just go straight to coils. If you haven't cut the bumper tab go head and cut that. Roll your rear fenders. I'm at a decent drop with no rubbing at all.

I have Tein lowering springs and rolled my rears and had the front fender tab modified (heated and then hammered out of the way). I rub in the front only on very harsh dips, I don't rub in the rear at all.
The 4x4 look has nothing to do with your Vossens, lower your car, that'll fix it.

Totally agree!!! Put in the little work to make it look right
