I didnt know where to post this question .....so here goes

My friend has just updated his Navi Disk on his 08 IS.....I was wondering if I could use that disk in My Dads 03 LX470?

Would the disk be compatable or would the LX Navi not recognize it?

No, the 03 LX470 uses Generation 2/3. The 2IS generation is 5.
