Aloso, take your spare tire and jack out of the car, along with all the trunk mats. thatl shave about 30-40 pounds.
hopefully you wont get a flat tire while you race him. I just keep a "fix a flat" in my trunk. lol

All the g37's where I live only want to race from a roll its like pulling teeth to get a race from a dig I just think its funny when a group for 4 or 5 g37's sit there and talk **** about the is350 being slow or "a girls car" then when I go back to take there money and they look shocked... some idiot with a g37 accused me of bringing out an ISF that looked like a 350

I really don’t understand why you kids want to race anyway. The IS350 and G37 are fairly close enough to have other factors as discussed here decide. So what does it get you? A ticket? Having your car impounded? How about an accident where you or some innocent bystanders are killed? Well, unlike the mindset around here, it doesn’t get you a part in the next F&F movie, nor does it add any measurable length to your *****.

Yeah, the g37 and is350 are almost identical on paper when it comes to performance. The g37 ways more and has the 3.7L v6. I drove the g37s 5-speed, it's pretty peppy. I didn't know they made a 7-speed now(Someone said that). I never drove the 6-speed manual, I'm sure the MT would be a bit different story. Honestly, I think it really depends on the driver. G37 vs. IS350 is going to depend who's off the line faster. Same goes for the g35, however, the g35 4 door is a 5 speed auto also, which is a disadvantage.
