Default Need advice

Hey guys, I really like this forum--I've had an ES for about a year and a half, and just got an IS 350 (handed the ES to wifey; poor her!). Anyway, I want to mod the IS a bit--not too aggressively, but mainly improve the styling.

I got ceramic tinting which looks great--not too dark; I'm thinking about the sport pedals as well. I had thought about lowering it, but the guys at my custom shop suggested to get bigger (ie 19") wheels first, then see where I'm at, which sounded pretty logical.

I've looked through the forums here pretty extensively and I really like a lot of the wheels you guys have! I particularly like Varianzas T1S, and some of the similar volk wheels. I like the 7-spokes styles and the mesh/spyder styles...

I found a local distributor for Work wheels and he said he could get the T1S for around $2100, and the tires at his wholesale price. I presented this to my custom guy (that shop is mainly electronics and sound) and he was kind of swaying me toward TSWs--with the logic he could get me the whole set with tires and wheels for around $2500.

I guess what I'm wondering is where do these brands fall in the quality category, understanding that logically the more expensive 2-and 3-piece wheels are higher priced (not necessarily the biggest concern right now). Also I'm not really interested in a high chrome-looking finish, but I don't want to go black either (no offense to anyone!). I am looking for something more aggressive than the stock, but not really super-modded either (again, no offense!)--not too bling-ey!

Finally I've had Yokohamas and found them to be pretty good and quiet...any suggestions there? Mainly looking for good performance and quiet. I don't want super-expensive tires but need a good all-weather (mostly hot summer) tire for South Carolina roads--no snow or even ice.

Here's a couple shots of my ride--'08, just purchased from the dealer, 5100 miles. Gotta do a little fill flash next time--we were in a hurry on our way to dinner, and didn't want to miss the clouds!
