Door handles interchangeable with the ES350?

Door handles interchangeable with the ES350?

So i measure the ES350 door handles and they are the exact same size as the ones on the IS, anyone know if it is possible to switch them out? I really want the chrome look, i know there is the LX mode ones but this seems like this would be easier for me to do since it available locally.

They look exactly the same to me, except with the ES you can lock and unlock the doors from the rear door. So the rear handles have buttons. My wife has an ES and I have an F, so I just ran out to the garage.

ehh why not just go with LX mode?

I do think LXmode ae better looking, but the ES ones are easier to find, im gonna see what price i can get from lexus for them and or if they will fit,

I don't think the ES ones will be easier to install though
