Camera needs to have a slow enough shutter speed to allow for motion blur in order to blur the wheels and the background as the car is driving - typically set around 1/20-1/50 second. Adjust your ISO and aperture accordingly for the proper exposure.
Photographer should be riding in a separate vehicle moving at the same rate of speed as the subject vehicle so the camera is stationary relative to the vehicle, but the background is moving. You can also set up a rig with the camera on it and trigger it remotely, but this takes a lot of time in post processing to edit out the rig as it will be visible in the photos.

I've had these rims for about a month now and very happy with the look of the car.

Specs:
Front: 19x9 (+41) 225/35
Rear: 19x10 (+37) 255/35
After doing extensive research I found these specs to be the most aggressive without any fender modifications. No rubbing.
