Yeah the F-Sport AWD sway bar set (F+R) from Sewell is at a good price with the discount. I'll probably jump on those closer to spring.

Yes and Yes. I just installed the cluster last night on my IS350.
The calipers just need a 13.6" rotor and correct pads at least on the IS350.
