welcome and yes another AWD in the northeast. trust me when winter comes u wont be disappointed. as for the privat netz i was actually thinkin of gettin those but i saw the tsw so i went wit that.
cool - do you have any side view pics? I was just googling them, and they look great - would you happen to know what the difference is between them and the netz? Thanks -
Thanks - The f-sport springs are nice, it's not a considerable drop really - but for the awd which has crossover clearance stock it made quite a difference. Besides, I got some steep driveways i gotta get through -- at home and at the office.
Overall the handling has definitely improved, it's still relatively comfortable - a little floaty but the body roll has significantly been reduced.

According to some of the posts here on CL, I guess that I am not the only one who thinks the Matador Red Mica is somewhat of a feminine color on the IS.
When I first saw your post, I asked myself the same thing as Phil: "What color is your car to be exact?" because it looks a little different. Just as you stated, it must be the sunlight.
By way, lurkers scare me too.
Grats and welcome to CL. Lookin' nice and clean. Always glad to say 'hello' to a new member who arrives with pics.

kinda a cougar's color puaha. But honestly, I like the rarity of it here, everyone drives either black or granite in boston. and lolocaust to the smooth stock rims comment
it's gonna snow soon and I dont want to get aftermarket ones all fudged up
.
Thanks, it's been a couple of weeks. The f-sport springs give a 1" drop, which is quite conservative. On top of that, the awd's sit quite a bit higher than rwd models so it does still seem quite high. I was looking @ s-techs for awhile before I realized I wouldn't be able to go up my driveway with them so I decided to go with something a little safer.
