You can't ship hazardous materials using normal methods. Since coolant is not a hazardous material, you can easily buy it anywhere online and have it shipped to your house.

you'd need three gallon jugs. coolant capacity is 9.1L, each gallon jug is 3.78L.

You'll probably need to find the block drain plug(s) also. No matter what you never get 100% of the old out by draining. That's why they have flushing machines at the dealers to purge the system.

If you just want to add more coolant, just add distilled water. Unless you live in Alaska, you don't need a 50/50 mix anyway. I run a 20% antrifreeze / 80% water mixture in mine since I live in Texas, and it rarely gets below 20 degrees F.

BTW, I'm pretty sure it even says on the coolant reservoir that you should only add water.

You should actually buy the Toyota pink coolant 00272-SLLC2 as it is pre-mixed and you do NOT add water. It is added in the coolant reservoir - the black plastic snap-off cap with two hoses on it. Do not remove the radiator cap. Also, the 50/50 mix does more than just keep it from freezing. It also raises the boil point of the mixture and provides corrosion resistance to the cooling system that a higher concentration of water does not, so even those in Arizona should use a 50/50 mix.

You've been reading too many antifreeze ads. The only good reason to use a 50/50 coolant mix in a modern car with an adequately sized coolant system is to prevent freezing in very cold climates. In warmer climates, a 20/80 mix with Redline Water Wetter is better.

Besides, it is pretty clear that the OP is just wanting to raise the level in the reservoir to make up for a couple years of evaporation. If so, then he should NOT add any more antirfreeze. He should only add distilled water.

Only fluids you'd change at 60k are oil and brake fluid.

Coolant is done at 100k, and that's the only other fluid in the car really that calls to be changed ever.
