Nah, I feel you too. I like my 350, but when I see the IS from a distance, the cockpit looks too narrow to the rest of the body & back. It looks kind of unbalanced looking from certain angles on the backside. But other than that, the IS looks pretty good, especially the profile shot. The car really looks better when lowered. But I guess all cars look better dropped for sure.
I think that's the key... the rear seems to look fine at close up but at a certain distance the rear just look ugly and vertically fat.. making it more narrow would definetly improve it.

Your first post says you want it wider and now you want it more narrow.....
Anyone notice how ugly the back view of the 2nd IS look?
Looking from the side it's 8 out of 10 - sleek and sporty.
Looking from the front it's 7 out of 10 - sleek.
Looking from the back it's 4 out of 10 - chubby.
Anyone have the same feelings? In the 3rd IS, Lexus should consider making the back wider.
