Nope its not the Euro version. The Euro market as the 220D and the 250. They dont have the IS300. They do have the IS-F though (which the middle east/china market doesnt get)
IS300 is solely for the Middle East and China markets

yes 220d is the diesel version,
IS300 engine is rated at 229hp ( we dont have direct injection)
IS350 engine is reated at 306hp
well I can see these kinda jobs done on cars in UAE a lot and when I see a car with this kinda stickers I say hmmm you turned th car from expensive and beautiful to cheap..
