ok so I've noticed something strange on the hood of my is350. there are spots along the hood that seem a bit discolored in a way. at certain angles, it looks as if there is a layer of dust on these areas, yet at other angles they appear fine. I washed my car several times since I've noticed the spots but to no avail, so Im at a loss for explanations here. any ideas? :/ thanks guys

Have you tried claying it? Might be hard water deposits, but pictures would help
