I just wanted to know if this is the ECU? i was trying to figure out what was it but i couldn't! OR Does anyone know what's this??

I don't think they would stick the ECU along the front side of the motor like that exposing it to the elements..if anything it's behind some plastic panelling on either the driver side or passenger side fender area

 

that is one of the many ecu's you have on your vehicle. That ecu controls fuel injection and i can't remember what else.

 

Thats the Injector Driver ECU for the direct injection injectors....
