Better at what?

Unless you're making repeated high-speed stops in a short period of time (ie racing or maybe driving down a mountainside) any of them are 100% purely for looks and will all stop the car in exactly the same distance.

Of course they will, assuming the same car with the same tires from the same speed on the same road.

Why wouldn't they? The brakes don't stop the car after all.
