/\ just look on each tpms, each one will have a different series of 7 numbers & letters in total...all four numbers/letters need to be programmed into your cars computer as a secondary set of tpms from the original tpms.

When you removed the sensors from the stock wheels, did it come with the mounting brackets? So, the problem didn't go away after driving around with the TPMS in the spare tire? I was planning on doing this, but if it doesn't work then I won't bother.

UPDATE: So I took it too the dealer the other day and it turned out that some how 2 of the sensors went bad. I dunno how but they did. They replace them under warrenty and when I got home I took it to discount, got the TPMS out again, made a pipe bomb, threw them in and the light came back on. I was sad and disappointed.... but then later on that night I went for a drive and the light finally went off. So turned out my problem is now fix. I just put the canister in the back right by the spare now. Finally my nightmare is over.

You have to get your computer reset by lexus so it can detect that you put in new sensors. The new sensors have diffrent codes than the ones you had

Just installed wheels on the wife's IS and the TPMS is on. Looked at the link attached to this thread but not sure which one to buy. Its 2010 IS. The price range from $141 to $221 for a set of four. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They all work but some have schrader valves. Some have black valve stems which cost 20.00 more and the others chrome -141.00.
2007-2010.

Most tire outlets will reset the tpms for free. I am getting mine done today - I don't have any lights yet but have only driven the car a few miles.

Titan matches prices too iirc?
