anybody has experience with Lexus of Cerritos Collision Repair Center ?

thanks
i say avoid them. i had my car taken there, believe me, they an OK job but for the amount of time they took, it should have been a perfect job. i had to go back almost 4-5 times to get things straighten out with them. the paint is okay, but i am still dissatisfied. lets just say this, i can see a two tone color transition between my hood and side fender. i have a black car btw.

i gave up trying to work with them. for example, when i got my hood repainted and they replaced my nozzles, they tangled one of the lines i think so one washer was spraying and the other was not. i immediately told them then, but guess what, now one was shooting higher than the other. so he tries to use a pin to move the washer nozzle higher when it doesn't do that. after several attempts he gave up and told me he needed to replace the nozzle. i mean don't they check before they give the customers back their car??

i have so many complaints, but i admit they did their best to accomodate me. i just don't think i will ever go back. i can go on about the side moldings on what a crappy job they did... but talking about it makes me furious. i posted about this before on the forums.

good luck.

I must have a **** insurance company then. I had to give them my driver's license number, a list of all my past residences, and how long I had been at each residence before I was covered. Also they wanted to know my shoe size, what's my favorite food, and what I like to do for fun.....haha j/k
