Recently, I installed an hid kit after my initial set stop working.
I drilled a hole on the dust cover which was fine for the first set
but know with the new set, the hole is too big for the grommet the lights came with. is there a place I can get a replacement grommet?

just patch up whats left exposed by some silicone. ie: put the grommet on one side, a small piece of electrical tape over the open section and silicone seal it up. Like a tire patch err or something heat resistant now that i think about it... cut out a shaped piece from a soda can or something then silicone it up, fabricating a fix is the most satisfying of modding there is (or goto the hardware store and buy a bigger one )
