I only changed the "City Light" aka Parking Lights next to the High Beam/DRL light. The outer one, assuming we are on the same page, is where that ugly yellow reflector is. I am not so sure it will look good unless that yellow plastic reflector is taken out.

hey pass. HAHAH sorry for asking you so many things.
just read your DIY for the foglights. if i just want to replace the bulbs for the fogs...do i have to follow the similar steps in taking off the bolts, lining, etc.??

and for the general audience...x]....are having HID fogs 6000k or especially 8000k+ illegal?? i know it is for headlight, having over 8000k is illegal.

So you are just replacing the bulb and not doing the HID kit? if its just the bulb there is a cover if you get under the front of the car on both sides. I believe it has 2 10mm bolts on it and its directly below the Fog light. I would give it a try if thats all you are going to do. My guess is that is why it was put there??

as far as illegal?? I am not sure. Only trouble I have now is the windows on my car for the first time in 13yrs I got pulled over?? I have 6k HID that I replaced the OEM 4300k and have 5k for the HID fogs. They match really good and it lights the road up. I had one person flash me so far....

You are in a tough state from what I have read. IMO the 6k looks like what you see on a BMW/Acura/Benz...ect. You wont loose that much light output and looks better IMO!

no, if its just a bulb swap, you can pull the 2 clips in the front tire well and just pry back the liner, 5min swap per side tops
