In order to clean the seats, I would recommend using a little Oxy Clean in warm water and gently rub out the dirt with a clean terry cloth or cotton towel. This should do the trick.

Sorry to hear your interior is greasy. Cashmere is a beautiful color for the interior, but I had light colored interior in my 350Z.....never again! I love the black interior in my IS. Next time around, go with black.

I read someplace that you should not put seat covers on our car because of there are air bags built into the seat... Can anyone confirm that?

Yes, there is a front seat mounted side impact airbag that will not work properly, or at all if a seat cover is applied.
