they give a tool, looks like wrench, you'll need to remove the tires to adjust it. best to invest in a hydro jack/torque wrench at the minimum.
Judd....thanks for being so ontop of the info...lol.....but I seriously doubt that I can do this myself (im so blonde) .....I def. would take it somewhere so I can watch and bite my nails haha.

nah its easy schmeezy, if you can change a tire then its a breeze... unless your coils are compressed then... you'll have to drop the arm... blah blah blah PITA thing is thou... gotta learn sometime right
you gotta drop the strut assembly... because the coils replace the stock struts/springs... umm... goto the sticky FAQ for more detailed info or surf the suspension board
There are few things you need to consider before installing a coilover.
1. It will take some time if you are installing for the first time. Which means, if this is your daily and only car...better plan on taking few days off.
2. Its really just replacing parts of your existing struts and springs, but for a novice, I will recommend having a friend who is experienced or a shop install it for you.
3. Tools! Always make sure you have all the right tools before you start the project, this will be trouble some if you are in the middle of installing than realizing you don't have a right socket size!
4. Having a few jacks will help, especially for the rear. Which is why I would say having a shop doing it would be better.
All in all, with the right search DIY material and some knowledge friends, installing a coilover will be a great accomplishment and give you the best looks.
