Tom's Kit Install ?

Guys,

Just curious how the rear valance is installed from the tom's kit. Im leasing so I wanted to see if its something that can be removed easly without any marks.

it's held on mostly with double sided tape. theres also 2 screws in each wheel well. it can be removed without ever knowing it was there...
