So far everyone is hitting all the problems. I agree with all of them, but also....idk about you guys but I don't like where the driver or passenger window switches are. I kinda push my seat kinda far because I really don't like sitting to close to dash or steering wheel. So every time I try to open or close the window(s) I end up opening or closing the back windows. So I just end up always having my lazy butt reach for it.

- Manual gearbox for IS350
- Higher steering effort with more feedback
- Less sensitive throttle and brakes
- Less body roll
- Seats that move lower
- Gear diagram on console that doesn't look like it came from a 1985 Corolla (moot with point #1)
- Hand operated parking brake
- Eliminate blind spot caused by humongous passenger side mirror

My turn.
1. More supportive, deeper side bolsters. For a sport sedan, those bolsters do not hold you in place unless you're fat or really muscular. For average body types, it's like they don't even exist. How about an option package for seats that have power-adjustable side bolsters?
2. Adjustable head rests in the seats that can move forward and backward, not just up and down. When I'm cruising around late at night, tired, I hate having to tilt my head back onto the head rest. I should be looking straight ahead, not looking down to compensate my head's upward tilt. Make the adjustment powered, too.
3. Scrolling text for the head unit. It's so mindless that the text gets cut off like that.
4. A hydrolic-hindged trunk. It's a Lexus. So why are we having to expend effort raising the trunk ourselves? Most cars that cost less than ours have it. It's very cheap to press the trunk button, and it pops open only an 1/8 of an inch. And it's inconvenient, too, when you're holding bags of groceries.
5. Folding down rear seats, or at least 40/60 split.
6. Smaller side-view mirrors like the ISF has. Our cars look like elephants.
7. Sun visors that, when moved to the side windows, actually block more than half of the width of the window. Those visors are completely useless in that position... they might as well not even swivel. It's a dangerous oversight, too.
8. A real coin holder. The 06's and 07's had nothing, and forced you to use the ash tray. The 08's have the cheapest "coin holder" I have ever seen in a car.
9. Less road noise. It's a Lexus. The designers spent a lot of time on acoustics for the car, including proper sound deadening in the engine bay so that audio is kept clean. But the tire noise is ridiculous. Either do a better job sound-proofing the car, or provide quieter stock tires.
10. A true mute button for the stereo on the steering wheel. What's the point of audio controls on the steering wheel if we have to reach over to the head unit to use one of the most common buttons? If I'm in a drive-through and it's time to order, I hate having to manually press mute, or hold down the volume buttons.
11. A pause button for the CD player. We shouldn't have to turn the entire system off just to have the CD play back from where it was stopped. That's ridiculous.
12. Memory seat function standard.
13. An option for actual cooled seats. I'd pay for it. It doesn't have to be standard. Vented seats aren't enough. When it's hot, you want cooled seats, or it doesn't much matter.
14. Heated seats that can be set to a warmer temperature. Every car I've ever been in that has heated seats, even low-budget rental cars from the airport, have way warmer seats than ours. Ours get just warm enough to notice, and that's about it. Up here in Seattle, I want to feel warm when it's cold out.
15. Free standard mainence. BMW does it. If Lexus did it, I guarantee a lot more customers would switch over. I'm not saying Lexus should pay for everything, but just the standard stuff like oil changes, tire pressure checks, etc. The rest we can pay for.
Aside from all of that, the car is perfect.
