OEM Rear Before Tanabe?

OEM Rear Before Tanabe?
Ok...If I wanted to get the OEM rear, would it be a problem getting that upon puchase of the vehicle; before I place the Tanabe exhaust on the car? Will there be any fitting issues regarding the new exhaust?

Get the car stock, place the tanabe exhaust, then order the OEM rear.
Color matching GFM should not be an issue being that it's OEM from Lexus Correct?
Please advise.
