Default Need HID output help

I'm trying to go for a match on lows and fogs. Currently I have both 6000k's. But for some reason the lows look a bit bluer. Can anyone tell me if these truly are the color they're suppose to be at? Thanks in advance.

Low beams (supposedly 6000k)

Fogs (supposedly 6 but looks like 4300 or so)

are your fogs and headlight bulbs from the same manufacturer? This is most likely the case. the color rating of HID's are within a range and every manufacturer that has the same color rating has different light outputs. what's 6000k for one company could be 8000k for another. also, are your fogs bulbs newer than your headlights? if so you can try putting on 200 hours or so in your fogs so they turn bluer.

all HID's color temperatures go up over time so if your headlights have been used long enough, they'll be bluer than before. other than that, i don't know what else might cause the difference in color. your fogs look more like 5000k's range (or just really old 4300k).

Yea the fogs are from gp thunder and lows from ijdmtoy. Everything is about a week old and lows have about 10 hours of usage. *Sighs* I guess if i want them to match have to go with 8000k.

Yes,

Manufacturer of the bulbs will vary in color intensity created by the arching. Hopefully the below will help a little as well.

KELVIN SCALE COLOR DESCRIPTION:

3000K(3200lm) - GOLDEN YELLOW (GREAT FOR FOG LIGHTS)
4300K(3300lm) - BRIGHT WHITE (BRIGHTEST)
5000K(3250lm) - INTENSE WHITE
6000K(2800lm) - CRYSTAL WHITE
8000K(2550lm) - CRYSTAL BLUE (RECOMMENDED)
10000K(2300lm) - AQUA BLUE
12000K(2100lm) - BLUE-PURPLE
14000K(2000lm) - PURPLE
30000K(1900lm) - DARK-PURPLE (SHOW PURPOSES)

Try either Zenon Depot or some vendors on Ebay with a good reputation. HID's have come down in price drastically in the past 5 years. 6,000k will look nice on your vehicle. Make sure to specify wether your car was OEM HID or if you are doing an aftermarket. If aftermarket, the bulb is an H11.

¿Anyone, tested this H.I.D 5500k from Tom´s Racing?

Link: http://www.tomsracing.co.jp/e/comp/l...90981-td4.html

¿Which one, will be better 5500k or 6000k ?

Thanks
