Lowered the car this past week and we raised the lights and they sit perfect now. After driving for almost a week now i have no one flashing me and i can see how the lights line up behind other cars now. I dont think the HID lights in this car are bright. Still looks faint to me compared to Audi, Acura, BMW, ect...Driving behind an Aucra TLS last nite that car light up the expressway and mine just didnt look like i had lights on? I did notice the lights have a much more blueish tint to them also...

My question to those experts out there is can i change the HID buld to change this? I read up on many threads with all these different bulbs and to the best of my understanding that only changes the color of the light output? does the color help one way or another?

Thanks for your help!

if your HID system is stock, that is pretty much the brightest it will get. changing the color will give you less usable light.

how about HID fogs?

Buy a pair of 6000k D4S's. It should give you the color you want. That bluish white color.
