Default Asanti Wheel's

Hey guys,

I just had a questions about fitment for Asanti Wheels. I'm interested in buying Asanti wheel's and I was wondering if any1 has them on their car. The model type is Af144. Does any1 know if I will have any problems in clearing the brake or TMPS problems. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank You

arent Asanti wheels custom made? If so they are made to clear your brakes.

I'm buying them from a store who has them in stock not custom ordered.

The pic i provided is the AF144 he's talking about, unless he's going all silver.

there's also a thread about a guy who got rid of his asanti's because they vibrated adn wouldn't balance no matter what.

offset doesn't always give the information whether they will clear big brakes or not. wheels are specified as high, low or medium disk. this refers to the shape of hte spokes nad how much clearance there is for the calipers. of course, asanti probably won't have that information for reasons i don't want to get into.
test fit the ones you want at the shop. you don't have to mount the tire, just stick the hweel on there and see if it fits.

I hate to tell you guys this. But when you buy a forged wheel your pretty much buying a brand. You would be shocked to know that one place cuts many brand wheels. As for as a balance issue it could be many things, Tires, balance, Rim ect. If you dont take the wheel to a shop with a road force you'll never know. www.ilovewheels.com
