Anyone know what kind of (if any) incentives Lexus gives their customers who lease to lease another car? My IS350 lease will be up before I know it, and I'm considering leasing another Lexus (maybe the RX), but was wondering if they would send me any special offers before my current lease is up, or is there no love?

Maybe or maybe not. I know def down here there is only 1 dealer, so there is def no love.

 

Lexus does have customer loyalty with finance rates on a purchase vehicle with a lower APR, am sure they have a lease loyalty program as well.

 

I got a "we'll pay your remaining 6 lease payments if you turn in your ES early" letter back in 2004.

It was from LFS (not the dealership) so it was the real deal.

I took advantage and got a IS300. but I didn't get a letter for that car because I sold it after only 2 years.


Anyone else want to chime in? I know I wasn't the only one who got the letter.


Other than that there's a Taste of Lexus coupon they sent out if you went to the event. They used to give out "Owner Loyalty" coupons but that stopped because people were abusing the system.
