Help....which color should I get?
I know of a great clear bra guy locally so if you want that done, just pass on it from the stealership and contact the owner of www.phprotection.com - ask for Binh.

The sun isn't what concerns me, that is where the ventilated seats will come in! 
I really do love the look of Obsidian, but only when it's clean. I can't stand a black car that is all dusty and dirty. Unfortunetly with a black car that would happen all too often out here in AZ, especially during monsoon season.
However, after seeing the car in person and now seeing all the pictures in the official thread I am going to go with GFM as my color choice along with black interior. It is something totally different than I have ever owned before and that is something that I was going for. Also I will honestly say that I have never seen this color driving on the road yet. There were only two of them on the one dearler's lot and none on the other dealer's. Now all I have to do is take that faithful trip over to the dealer and get myself a nice 2008 GFM IS350! I'm curious to see if they will end up having to special order one for me as I have a feeling it might be a little difficult to find the color combo and all the options I want in a 350. Guess I'll find out soon enough!!!

kattanh3, I took pictures of my car from the same angles. I have not washed it in a week, and we had some snow in the meantime. You can see a little water spotting on my full clear bra. At the right angle, you will be able to see dirt on a dark car, and I think sunlight makes it more noticeable. The sun went behind the clouds before I could snap the second picture.
My car has only been through a touchless car wash, not one with big brushes on rollers or with the big strips that go back and forth. Nothing but suds and water touch your car in a touchless car wash, and you drive through just like the old-style car washes. I'll take some pictures one of these weekends coming up.

The MRM really stands out. Seems like everyone goes black gray or silver these days. Black is beautiful when it is clean (I had a Jet Black BMW M3 convertible), but I only drove it on sunny days. Then I had a Silver BMW 330ci, easy to keep clean, but kind of blah.
I never thought that I would go red. I was originally going for the charcoal, but when I saw the MRM next to the charcoal, I new the it was red!!! Very happy with the Matador Red on Black Leather.
