Question HID Vendor

Has anyone had experience or installed HIDS from this vendor on ebay? It is a powerseller, but I have never heard of them.

I really would like to get a 3000K HID for the fogs (JDM yellow )
and the price for their kits are very affordable. But perhaps there is more to it

I hear of people that buy ebay kits and they work flawlessly for years, but i hear of others that get them and they dont even work. Its basically hit or miss with ebay stuff. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Go to Xenon depot, some kits on Ebay are garbage. You get what you pay for. if you buy the nice Phillips ballasts or Osram, you will avoid longevity problems. Furthermore, cheap ballasts will cause the HID's to flicker and it will be noticable at a traffic light with a car in front of you.
