yeah I just had my personalized settings 'done' at Newport Lexus but they did not do a single setting I had asked them to do. Basically all they did was the thousand mile check up and forgot about the LPS part and they refused to turn off my DRL's. Completely unhelpful but I'll be taking my car to Westminster to get it done again hopefully free of charge right?

 

yeah they should still give you your freebie adjustment if they didn't do it. It should be under the summary section of your invoice what they did exactly. My guy explicitly wrote on mine will save LPS for later.
