Fog light question -
I purchased the 9006 Hoen Fog Bulbs -
My question is... Do I need a HID kit in order for them to work?
Am I able to install them and have them run perfectly?
I am worried that they requier a ballast.
Again, the bulbs are for the FOG LIGHTS not Headlights.
