it's not IS250 cover, and it's not a new 2IS300 cover.

it's GS300, but is GS430 any different?

Yes GS430 is different, its a V8. Btw, I just noticed your not in the U.S. Dubai.

are u guys painting the covers with the touch up paint?... or are u using paint that u got from a paint shop?

Haha, definitely paint shop work and automotive paint, not touch-up paint...

when the body shops painted ur engine covers. did they mix somthing into the paint to make it more flexible?

Not sure, but I would be willing to bet that there would be some type of flex agent mixed into painting a plastic engine cover like this.

The one we had painted pictured above cost us $400. It was alot of work doing it in three different colors.(Black Onyx, Smokey Granite, and Matador Red)

My IS250's engine cover is just plain black with the Lexus and V6 logo on it. Can anyone please tell me if black is the default colour it comes in? and how comes i've seen quite a few photos online of silver engine covers. If i wanted my engine covers silver whats the best way to go about it?

Black = IS250

Silver = IS350

Do they interchange = I don't know
