Work Emotion XT7 Wheels questions

Work Emotion XT7 Wheels questions
I have searched.
I have poured thru the Wheels Sticky, and love the Work Emotion XT7 in Gunmetal for my Black IS350, like Kilo6 had on his car.
I am looking at 18x8.5 F (+38) and 18x9.5 R (+38)
If anyone owns them, and can answer a few questions:
1) Do they accept Lexus OEM TPMS?
2) Are they hard to order, and who is best distributor to get them from?
3) Is there any options other than the blue anodized lugnuts?
4) Is there a center cap for them?, everyone on this site with WORK Wheels seems to run no center cap.
5) Anyone who has run the 18's F&R with the +38mm offset, any negatives?

1) Yes, they do. With the TPMS, you will not be able to use the blue valve stems though--just transfer the stock aluminum ones.
2) Not hard to find at all. aspecproducts.com has them.
3) The lugnuts are not included with the wheels. Blue looks good. Black might also look pretty good.
4) Yes there is. Do a google for Work Emotion center caps and you'll find them. imaputz had them on his XT7's before he sold them.
5) It's actually a pretty good fit.

3) I just used the mcgaurd lug nuts.. I didn't buy the work lugnuts. you can find them on ebay.
4) I have center caps - included in the sale.. they cost me ~120 (30 for one)
5) Nothing wrong with +38 all around... I was lowered on springs too.
