Default Remote Turn on wire

I have searched and searched - it seems everyone uses a different wire for this.

I have an 07 no ML IS250. I have checked every wire on the amp looking for the turn on lead - they seem to be +12V all the time or +6V when the amp is on. Does someone have a picture of the wire they tapped?!?!

If someone can point me in the right location, I will take a picture and post it!

As promised pictures of the remote turn on wire

I also highlighted where one can pickup +12V constant.

At any rate if you have XM as I do this is correct. Without XM, the wire highlighted as the Remote Turn on MAY be Orange instead of RED.

Thumbs up

thanks for in info!!! you have no idea how much this helped me out.

i was almost certain it would be in the first connector because i figured power wire would have a lower guage, but they were like constant 12v leads.

thanks!!!
